Very private & quiet --Cottages have their own private fenced gardens with BBQs, balconies & carports. All bedrooms are individually heated. Cottages are all non-smoking inside - Smokers welcome - ashtrays supplied.
We are 1 minute to TASMAZIA, The Village of Lower Crackpot, The Pancake Parlour & 3 mins to Lake Barrington (for fishing).
LATE ARRIVAL: If you are arriving after 6.00pm - that's O.K - but please advise us in advance as soon as you know.
NOTE: Xmas eve & New Years Eve - minimum booking 2 nights. ie: NO departures on Xmas or New Years day.

14km Sth/W of Sheffield P.O. on road (C140) at the entrance to Lake Barrington and beside TASMAZIA.
Approx midway between Devonport and Cradle Mountain.
Regular flights are available from all Australian capital cities to Launceston, Devonport and Hobart. The "Spirit of Tasmania" sails between Melbourne and Devonport.
