This near new fully airconditioned luxury three bed apartment has two queen size bedrooms, one with walk in robe and ensuite, the second with built in mirrored robes next to the main bathroom. The third bedroom has a trundle bed (2 singles) with office desk. The spacious living area has a leather lounge boasting two very comfortable recliners with TV(with Austar)/DVD/CD with CD and book library for your use plus modern dining setting for six. The spectacular kitchen has granite benchtops with all modern appliances including dishwasher, ceramic stove top and oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle plus large pantry. The laundry has a washer and dryer. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and even a starter pantry with breakfast supplies provided for your first morning.
